I Tried 40+ New Spring Arrivals at Reformation, but These 17 Were the Best

Including floral matching sets and comfortable sandals.

Congratulations! Together, we’ve made it through both fool’s spring and the spring of deception to come out on the other side. I’m putting off spring cleaning in exchange for something slightly more dopamine-driving—Please fill out this field. To get started, I set my sights on the one place that never lets me down, especially for warmer weather wardrobe staples: the new arrivals section at Reformation

I hit the store’s Beverly Hills location in search of some spring outfit inspiration and was met with a mirage of cute co-ord sets, easy-wearing dresses, and more than a few pairs of jeans that fit like a glove. Many of the pieces are great for transitional-weather dressing, and while most of its extended size range isn't available in stores, the brand offers free standard shipping and $8 returns on all orders if an at-home try-on is more your speed. (As an effort to cut down on hauls, the fee’s waived if you keep at least one item.)

I took to the dressing room with 40-plus pieces and spent nearly two hours working my way through as much of the spring collection as possible. Between the mini dress I ended up buying in two colors, the is part of the I would have never picked for myself, and the is part of the I wanted to pair with every look, here are all the pieces I can’t stop recommending for the season ahead.

Is there anything more nostalgic than jeans Bella Hadid, 28, and Zoe Saldaña, 46, Prove This Cool-Girl Jacket Levels Up Any Look? Bring the look into 2025 with a wide-leg style that hits the floor (I’m 5-foot-2, so that isn’t too hard) and a slinky black top that sits off the shoulder. Don’t worry: It’s stretchy enough that you’ll still have full use of your arms.

This dress made me feel like I was going places—even if that place was just the coffee shop for my third matcha of the day. The keyhole buttons and sweetheart neckline give it a pin-up vibe, while the smocked back means it’s way more comfortable than it looks.

Not for the accident-prone, this all-white linen two-piece set is actually a button-down with an adjustable back-tie and a skort. I sized up in the bottoms to keep proportions in place—nothing’s worse than a shirt that covers your entire bottom. The sandals were so comfortable, I didn’t realize I kept them on while I shopped.

Something about this bubble hem dress called to me, but it looked a little too youthful on its own. I opted to pair it with a straight-leg jean and a (very) oversized bag for a look that felt more weekend brunch than high school prom. That said, I recommend sizing down in the dress—which has a hidden side-zip for easy on-and-off—for a more fitted bodice.

Despite the dreary day, the moment I put this dress on, I wanted to do something—anything. In fact, it’s the only piece I went back to grab in a second color. The material has a slight sheen, and the boat-neck-bell-sleeve combo gives a more vintage feel. It hit more above-the-knee than mini-dress on me, so I had to hem it a bit before taking it for a spin.

There might be nothing extraordinary about this casual look, but it’s an outfit I know I’ll find myself reaching for on chilly winter nights. The jeans are rigid but soft and slightly low-rise—just how I like them. The oh-so-soft cashmere cardigan is a must for transitional days—or for anyone who commutes to an office where the AC’s on blast.

As a 5-foot-2 shopper with a short torso and wide hips, I’ve all but written off anything drop-waist—but the smocked panel on the back made this one an easy win. I did find myself eagerness for adjustable straps, but not so much that I’d forgo adding it to my closet. Meanwhile, the grommet-accented ballet flats feel substantial and go with everything—and I do mean everything.

This was the only look I didn’t choose for myself, and if I’m being honest, I was fairly certain I would hate it. Turns out this is part of the lifted my mood pretty quickly, and the adjustable straps on the top came in clutch. Plus, the lace detailing feels more prim than juvenile IRL.
