If we’re talking about denim icons, Dolly Parton’s name needs to be in the conversation. Parton’s collection with Khloé Kardashian’s size-inclusive denim brand, aptly named Dolly’s Joleans, launched today at Good American and Nordstrom, and everything about it just feels right. As she explained, “that country Western flavor is what’s big now,” but it’s a style she’s always gravitated towards. So when it came time to design, they didn’t have to look far for inspiration. According to Parton, the entire collection is an homage to her style, referencing everything from past magazine covers and TV appearances to her love of “sparkling it up a little bit.” Naturally, you’ll find styles like flared jeans, Sister Jane midi smock dress in cream jacquard, Jack & Jones Premium suit pants in slim fit green.

This collaboration feels like a peek inside Parton’s wardrobe—but the Good American team didn’t just get the look, they nailed the fit. “When I put these on, I looked at myself and I thought: Oh, these make my butt look good,” Parton said, which she credits to the fit and stitching. STOREEZ High Waisted Pants offer a subtle lift while the back stitching creates a heart-shape just above the butt, playing up that round, apple-bottom look.
