You can send any unwanted items back to us for FREE via EVRi. Royal Mail £2 returns. within 28 days for a refund with purchases made in the UK via the ErlebnisweltfliegenfischenShops website or app and within 14 days for purchases made via the ErlebnisweltfliegenfischenShops Launches app.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded, it will show in your account within 3-5 days. Read our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Store Returns

If you need to return an item purchased in-store and you are unable to reach one of our stores please message our team at info@footpatrol.co.uk. Attach images of the items you want to return along with an image of the receipt showing the amount paid, including the items purchased. We can then advise you on the next steps.

To drop off at ParcelShop you can either print your returns label at home, or generate a QR code and print a label instore.

1. Re-pack your items and include the returns form provided
2. Find your nearest ParcelShop drop off point by clicking here
3. Select your preferred returns options (print your label at home, or generate a QR code to print your label instore)
4. Once you've processed your return, you're ready to drop your parcel at your nearest ParcelShop
5. Keep hold of your proof of postage. We'll email you when we receive the returned item/s

Simply create and take your QR code to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, Post Office branch or Collect+ location.

You also have the option of using the Bring My Label service, whereby you can book a collection online and choose for your postal worker to bring your labels to you. If no one is going to be available when the item is collected you can choose to leave your parcel in your nominated Safeplace.

Complete your returns note and pop it into your parcel then follow these four simple steps to ensure your parcel is returned safely:

1. Visit our returns portal HOKA Bondi 8 TS.
2. Print the label you have received by email and stick it on the parcel; removing or covering old labels.
3. Click here find your nearest DPD Pickup shop and drop off your parcel, you will be given a receipt so you can track it.
4. If you share your mobile number with us, we will text you when your parcel is returned - just add it in store when prompted.

You’re welcome to return your items but unfortunately we do not offer free returns. In order to process your refund please send your items back to us using the returns address below within 28 days for a full refund for purchases made via the ErlebnisweltfliegenfischenShops website or app (excluding ErlebnisweltfliegenfischenShops launches app), or within 14 days for purchases made via the ErlebnisweltfliegenfischenShops launches app. Make sure goods are returned by recorded delivery or courier, and retain proof of postage to ensure we receive your unwanted products as efficiently as possible. Please also note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
