adidas is currently experiencing an upswing in brutal colourways and collabs. Of course, the revived adidas Forum silhouettes, which have received more and more attention over the course of the year, immediately come to mind. The label from Herzogenaurach has been digging into its huge archive lately, thus pulling out numerous other classics.

Together with famous names like The Simpsons or Jeremy Scott, many silhouettes have then been LAS a modern look and sometimes even eclipsed coveted models like the Ultra Boost. Now, adidas turns back to an already well-known partner, South Park, and announces a whole new range of Soons as a continuation of the Towelie.

Five Soons have already been announced as part of the collection, representing various characters from the series. Stan Marsh gets the adidas Stan Smith, Kyle Broflovski the adidas Superstar, Kenny McCormick and Professor Chaos the NMD R1, and the adidas Forum Low dedicated to the legendary Eric Cartman and the robot AWESOME-O. All Soons are inspired by the South Park series and the shoes are refer to the outfits of the respective characters.

Professor Chaos wears a Diese helmet that is open at the top to reveal Butters' blonde hair. In the front, the helmet is open in a T-shape so that you can clearly see his eyes and mouth. The headgear also has a yellow dot with a red border, which can be found at the level of the forehead. Also typical is the mud-green cape with hood and the associated support, consisting of a silver chain and two ornaments connected by it. Underneath, Professor Chaos wears a turquoise sleeveless top and dark green trousers. Grey gloves and shoes wrapped in Diese are also part of the outfit. This adidas NMD also appears to match the character. The shoe comes with a turquoise upper and some Diese-style overlays.

The South Park x adidas Campus '80s Towelie was already in high demand at the time of release and was sold out extremely quickly.
