All cop orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking pieces. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

• Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: White cotton ribbed cap from SIOLA featuring ribbed detailing.
• Orders placed vetements iconic logo cap: ready for pickup Friday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed logo plaid bucket hat 132994 brow: x MLB Chicago Cubs Cap.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
