LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed adidas Originals + KoRn: Members Of The Rage.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: Feng Chen Wang.
- Orders placed adidas Originals + KoRn: Become a member to receive & earn bonus rewards.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to fall and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES
Customs taxes and/or import duties are imposed by the destination country and is not included in the checkout price. Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for an exchange in its original condition complete with the box and accessories (if any) within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to eligibility.
