The new and improved SNS app is officially here! After 25 years in the business, we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to revamp our app with a brand-new design and some fresh features, providing you with an even better experience. For the very first time, you can now shop our full assortment directly in the SNS app and easily checkout with the click of a button. To be able to enjoy these fresh features, you'll need to secure your current SNS account by resetting your password. This will allow you to receive the full SNS experience and make the most of our new app. Below, we’ve provided a simple step-by-step guide to ensure you have the easiest journey possible. Step 1 – Login in with your existing email address in your SNS account either on App or Web.

Step 2 – Select reset password. A link to reset the password will then be sent to your email address.

Step 3 – Reset your password and login to your account.
