Copenhagen-based fashion brand Kerne.Milk was founded back in 2019 with a desire to create a different approach to the fashion industry. Creative Director Marie Mark takes inspiration from her time as a dancer, making the body and different shapes a central element. Kerne.Milk wants to embrace imperfections while exploring and challenging traditional fashion ideas. The materials, shapes, and lines featured in their carefully constructed garments focus on comfortability. Initially, all garments were created straight from Marie’s apartment in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, although now the innovative brand works alongside two responsible production teams in Romania and Egypt, as well as with Huset Venture.
