NOCTA

In 2020, Nike teamed up with multi-award-winning Canadian artist Drake to introduce a brand-new sub-label, NOCTA. Drawing inspiration from the nocturnal nature of Drake's creative process and the street style of Toronto, London, and Paris, NOCTA is a celebration of individuality and uniqueness while also shining a bright light on the well-documented love that the Six God has for the Swoosh, having stated previously that “Growing up Nike was everything. It felt like every shoe I wanted, every athlete I liked, everything I owned was Nike. It didn’t mean anything unless it had a Swoosh." Since its inception, NOCTA has released several collections with function and comfort at its core, merging Drake's unique touch with the classic, minimalistic aesthetic of signature pieces from Nike's lineage, such as puffers, hoodies, tees, pants, accessories, and more. The birth of NOCTA has also seen numerous footwear collaborations with Nike on both new and old silhouettes, including the legendary Air Force 1 and the '90s-inspired NOCTA Hot Step, Hot Step II, Glide, and Air Zoom Drive.
